About Voilà!

A career entrepreneur and angel investor, Martin has a flair for innovation. Since selling his first company, Taleo, his passion is to invest in the growth of emerging technology companies and the development of Québec’s entrepreneurial potential.

Each project he gets involved in  must meet one criteria: revolutionize the industry in which it operates!

With a background in chartered accounting and more than 20 years’ experience in the technology sector, Jeanette fuses her numerical and HR management skills to the Voilà! team. As former co-founder of Taleo, she has extensive experience managing fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing by doing yoga at one of our close client’s fitness center and travelling to South- East Asia when opportunity permits.

Having launched a few businesses and managed digital strategies in between, Max brings a diverse set of skills to the Voilà! team. From starting a non-profit for the homeless to giving business conferences and co-authoring a book on entrepreneurship, he’s established himself as a jack of all trades.

With an e-commerce background, he brings forth his entrepreneurial mindset to the table.  When he’s not optimizing Voilà’s business strategy or meeting new clients or partners, he enjoys teaching digital entrepreneurship to university students and travelling to offbeat places like Uzbekistan.

With over 30 years of experience in software development, Christian has been at the evolutionary forefront of Quebec’s technology industries. As a versatile solutions architect, he’s contributed to the creation of different frameworks and software including that of Voila!’s.

As the leader of the development team, he drives the technological choices behind Voilà! to ensure a smooth evolution and long-term viability for our users.

Outside of work, he enjoys flying drones and learning Russian in his spare time.

With a background in freelance writing and marketing, Andrea brings her creative thinking and writing chops to the Voilà! team.

When she’s not optimizing copy, coordinating tasks or stringing words together, she enjoys channeling her Italian side by looking for the next best slice from her curated pizza list. You can also find her planning her next trip and convincing others to jet-ski for the first time.

With over 8 years of customer service experience, Justin hones his craft putting the needs and demands of his clients at the forefront of his work. His ability to step into his client’s shoes and see things through their point of view, makes him a valuable asset to the Voilà! team.

When he’s not creating support documents or listening to client’s personal feedback on ways to improve Voilà!, he enjoys playing video games, technology and is an avid Manga reader.

Mixing her acute aesthetics and understanding of human behavior, Astrid aims to engineer easy-to-use interfaces in order to simplify complex tasks for the users while ensuring they are pleasing to the eye!

When she’s not aiming to deliver the best online user experience, she’s fond of high-tech gadgets and playing video games. Surprisingly, the one thing she enjoys the most in her spare time is knitting, she even spins her own yarn!

Fresh out of John Molson Business School, Marco is excited to use his wisdom to help clients simplify their daily scheduling with Voilà! His past experience working in the transportation and manufacturing industries makes him a valuable asset in understanding and providing a solution to their unique workforce challenges.

When he is not connecting with clients or closing deals, Marco enjoys channeling his extroverted side by bartending on the weekend and being the people-person we’ve all grown to love.

With a strong background developing mobile applications, Mathieu is passionate about creating sleek, simple and easy to use products. As an IOS guy, he brings his expertise to the Voilà! team by writing clean code and optimizing perfs.

Outside of work, you can find him channeling his inner handyman by hacking away at pieces of lumber #woodworker and taking in the great outdoors through mountain biking and hiking.

With an interest in computers and technology since childhood, Olivier brings his wide knowledge of web technologies and problem-solving skills to the team.

As a natural team player with a strong work ethic, Olivier is always one you can count on to resolve any web development problems that come your way.

Outside work, he enjoys music, particularly playing the guitar. He also plays in a band and composes rock music.

With an entrepreneurial mindset and compassionate nature, Victor brings his strong interpersonal skills to the team. His ability to easily connect with others and put them first allows him to offer solutions to clients willing to optimize their workforce.

When he’s not negotiating or closing another deal, he enjoys giving his all in a daily CrossFit session and cooking up another tasty meal. You can also find him coming up with innovative ways to retire by 35.

With a degree in Web Development, and a former career in communications, Jasmin’s versatile skill set in API development, NodeJS programming and database architecture contribute to making Voilà! a top of the line SaaS product.

As a relentless (some would say annoying) fact-checker, he WILL challenge you on your wrong grammar or your latest nutrition beliefs. Nonetheless, peace can always be bought with good coffee and chocolate.

With various marketing roles under her belt, Nicole mastered the art of listening and providing solutions to her client’s needs. As co-founder of Taleo, she’s developed valuable industry knowledge of HR technologies which she brings to the Voilà! team.

Outside of work, she enjoys taking part in the great outdoors and being an adrenaline junkie. From mountain biking to cliff jumping and backpacking across South America, getting out of her comfort zone is the name of her game!

With a background in Software Engineering and experience working on third party integrations and devops, Xavier acquired a broad skill set in web and backend development which he brings to the Voilà! team.

Outside of work, he likes to cook and does it with great passion, but he likes to eat even more. In the summer time road bike is his escape, while in the winter months his guilty pleasure is spinning.
