  1. Do you offer any annual or fixed price license?

    Yes. Contact our sales team for more details.

  2. How does the 30 day free trial work?

    It’s super simple. Just open an account here. And try it free of charge for 30 days. This is aimed to get you set up and comfortable before you start paying.

  3. If I don’t have a credit card with my company, can I use another payment method?

    We encourage our customers to use their credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit to make sure their account stays in good standing and active at all times. Enterprise licences can be paid by bank transfer as well. Processing fees may apply.

  4. How many employees can be added to my company before I become a paying user?

    You can use Voilà! for free as long as you keep fewer than 11 active employees in your account. This is meant to help small businesses grow using the same tools as the big guys!

  5. Which plan is right for me?

    Whether you have 20 or 5,000 employees, our Business Plan is aimed to fit most businesses. If you aren’t sure which plan is right for you, our sales team will gladly guide you through the options available.

  6. Are there any fees for support and account setup?

    No hidden or setup fees. All paid packages come with a generous amount of support hours aimed to get you started and comfortable using Voilà!

  7. Are there any additional fees?

    No. All paid options are presented above. However, enterprise accounts can request specific integrations or training that can result in additional charges.

  8. Which third-party system does Voilà! connect to?

  9. Are there any fees to develop specific features or integrations?

    Voilà! typically, doesn’t develop customer-specific features. We do, however, take all comments and requests to see if it fits our roadmap. Specific integrations can be made on request, either by us or one of our development partners.

  10. Are there any fees for my employees to use Voilà?

    No. Voilà! is free to use for all employees.  However, employers need a valid licence to schedule them.

  11. Which platforms are Voilà! available on?

    Voilà! is available to employees and managers on the Web (or on our web-based console), on iOS (Apple) as well as Android phones.

  12. Is there a contract?

    No. Voilà! subscriptions can be cancelled or modified at all times. Changes will automatically apply the following month.
